Email Integration

Runway can automatically create actions for you. To use this handy feature, go to your account page which has your unique email address under the heading “Integration”. Save this email address to your address book – its a big 'un so you might have trouble remembering it, we certainly do!

Runway creates actions for you by:

1. Removing any Fwd, Re:, etc. prefix from the subject
2. Assuming the subject is the action and applying sensible or default context, time and energy notations E.g. "Buy milk on the way home @errands 5m none"
3. Removing any trailing signatures and including these as notes.
4. If you don't specify a subject (for example you're sending an email from a mobile phone) the first line of the email body is used instead.
