Phone: If the action looks like "phone X about ...", Runway will add a context of @phone, default the time to 5m and assign a person with the nickname 'X'. The keywords "call", "ring", and "ph" are all recognised alternatives to "phone". The keywords "re", "re:", "regarding", "to", and "for" are all recognised alternatives for "about". For example:

• Phone mum about dad's birthday
• Call Casi to get membership number

Talk to: If the action looks like "talk to X about ...", Runway will default the time to 5m and assign a person with the nickname 'X'. The keywords "speak", "chat", "tell", "notify", "contact", "inform" are all recognised alternatives to "talk". You can use "with" in place of "to". The keywords "re", "re:", and "regarding" are all recognised alternatives for "about". For example:

• Talk to Marty re next thursday
• Chat with Steve about annual leave
• tt Jess about her birthday present
• Contact Travo re: artwork
• Tell Steve about the interview

Ask: If the action looks like "ask X about ...", Runway will default the time to 5m and assign a person with the nickname 'X'. The keywords "to", "if", "who", "what", "when", "where", "how", "why", "which", and "for" are all recognised synonyms for "about". For example:

• Ask Marty about next thursday
• Ask Steve how much annual leave I have remaining
• Ask Jess if she liked her birthday present

Email: If the action looks like "email X about ...", Runway will add a context of @online, default the time to 5m and assign a person with the nickname 'X'. The keywords "re", "re:", "regarding", and "for" are all recognised alternatives for "about". For example:

• email John Smith re teaching next week's class

Waiting for: If the action looks like "waiting for X to ...", Runway will set the time to 0m, the energy to none and assign a person with the nickname 'X'. You can use "wait" in place of waiting and "on" in place of "for". For example:

• Waiting for Tim to return my call
• wf Ros to get back to me with the specs

Errands: If the action looks like "buy ...", Runway will add a context of "@errands". The keywords "purchase", and "pick up" are all synonyms for "buy". For example:

• Buy milk on the way home
• Pick up the kids after school

Invite: If the action looks like 'invite X to ...", Runway will default the time to 5m and assign a person with the nickname 'X'. For example:

• Invite Oscar to my birthday party
• Invite Sue for lunch

Print: If the action looks like 'print ...", Runway will add a context of @online and another of @printer. For example:

• Print the proposal
